I’m the Registered Manager and proud owner of Abel Care and Support, a role that’s not just my job, but truly my passion. Leading an incredible team and supporting amazing individuals every day is one of my proudest achievements.

The people we support constantly inspire me with their resilience, humour, and spirit,  they’re the reason I wake up every day excited to do what we do. We’re all about providing person centred care, building real connections, and making sure every individual lives a life that’s fulfilling, empowered, and full of laughter.

Behind the scenes, I’m blessed with a rock-solid support system, my wonderful husband, our amazing son, and three chaotic, but charming dogs who keep life interesting.

Hi my name is Becky and I'm a senior support worker and medication champion at Abel care, where I have been part of the fantastic team for four years now.

I've worked in the care sector since the age of 15, and caring for others has always come naturally to me. I love spending time with our amazing clients making each day meaningful and fun.

No two days are the same and that's the part of what I enjoy the most.

Outside of work I'm a proud mum of two and a happy crazy cat lady. I enjoy music, exploring the UK and spending time with my friends and family. For me caring isn't just a job- it's a way of life

In my role as Deputy Manager, I am deeply committed to supporting young adults with autism and complex needs to live their lives to the fullest. I believe in a person-centred approach that recognises each individual’s strengths, preferences, and potential. I work closely with my team to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where every young adult we support, is treated with dignity and respect.

I'm an organised and caring person who finds joy in the little things, especially when they're furry and have whiskers! I love spending time with cats and creating a calm, structured space where everyone (two-legged or four-legged) feels comfortable and cared for.

My names Emma and I really enjoy my role as team coordinator at Abel care and support. I enjoy baking for friends and family, spoiling my cat and any other animals as long as they don't have more than 4 legs!

Im Kaya and Im like a perfectly organised road trip, family packed, job obsessed, adventure ready and somehow managing to keep everything spotless whilst laughing at the chaos.
