We believe in promoting independence and if you would like to live independently but require support to do so, we will listen to what you require and assist you to find what can best suit your choices and needs  and tailor a package of support to enable you to do this.

 

Abel Care and Support ltd has excellent local links within Leominster town and the local community. Therefore we are able to offer a service to assist you in finding an appropriate property for you to live in.

We can currently offer a small number of two bedroom, ground floor flats, with open plan kitchen and living space and close to all amenities in the centre of Leominster. The individual occupying the residence would have their own tenancy agreement.

​

Abel Care and Support Limited will work with you, your family and/or advocates, to develop the package of support that best suits your needs. We offer sleep ins, waking nights and day support hours.

 

As a small organisation we are able to be flexible to meet your individual requirements.
